Hi, Ken. I got Bella's cage all put together, and she loves it! It's very well-built, as I know H&Q cages are. I may get a new one for my African Grey one of these days. Hers has held up really well. I've attached a photo of me with Bella waving "Hi" from the top perch door. She's already staked it out as her favorite spot to be. I have nothing but positive things to say about Ken and Bastrop cages. I was a very picky customer and he was very accommodating with unique shipping requirements and helping me track down the exact cage. I appreciated him double checking the breed I was buying it for; it made me feel better knowing he truly cares about the animals. These reviews are what prompted me to use this site (I'm Canadian) so I thought it was important to pass on my great experience!

I wanted to leave some feedback about what a wonderful experience it was working with this company. I had some initial issues with my purchase not going through. I contacted Ken via the contact page and left a message and my phone number. Ken called me back within a couple of hours and we worked through the problem. Turned out to be a PayPal issue and Ken was able to come up with a workaround so we could get my order through. A week later, the product arrived and was exactly as described. Thanks Ken! The new cage door hardware fit perfectly and we're all set!

What a fab site for everything bird-related!! Wonderful, quality products, wide range of pricing, lots of wonderful sales (!!) and what sounds like world-class customer service! Dear Ken, We received the cage on August 1. Thank you very much for your effort and efficiency. My husband assembled it and it was a beautiful cage. The cage became such a pleasant welcome home gift to all of us. MD Anderson Cancer Center found 2 small cancers growing in my husband's lung. The cage was a perfect gift because he could focus on its assembly and could keep his mind off from his health issue. I also appreciate your conscientious effort not to drop the ball. Hello Ken I prurchased a new cage from you for my Congo African Grey. It arrived Thursday. It arrived without any damage. I was impressed on how it was packaged. There was no way it was going to get damaged. Good job on that. I put it together without any problems. Sometimes the screws and the holes don't match, but not this cage. I was able to put this cage together on my own without a second person. I like the door latches for the food dishes and the entry latch to the cage. It has allot of good features. For example, my CAG will not be able to throw her dishes anymore, The dishes are held down and cannot be thrown. She cannot access the door latch. Yes, we had to put a padlock on her last cage. The play top has 2 very nice ladders that she can climb up with. Also, she can no longer throw her bottom tray papers out onto our carpet. Thanks Ken.
